We deliver authentic skincare and beauty across Egypt. Here is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Where we deliver
All 27 Egyptian governorates. Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia) is our home market with the fastest delivery; the rest of Egypt is served by our courier partners.
Delivery times
- Greater Cairo: 1–2 business days from order confirmation
- Alexandria, Delta, Canal cities: 2–4 business days
- Upper Egypt and remote governorates: 3–7 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Cairo time) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Shipping fees
Delivery costs LE 50 to any address in Egypt. Orders of LE 1,500 or more are delivered free. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment options
Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Card and mobile-wallet payments are not currently available.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number. You can also reply to that message any time to ask about your order status.
What happens if you are not home?
Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times and will contact you by phone before each attempt. If we cannot reach you after the second attempt, the order is returned to our warehouse and we will follow up to reschedule.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order at the door, before paying. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, refuse the package and message us on WhatsApp immediately. See our Return Policy for full details.
