By using hexerastores.com (“Hexera”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Hexera Stores is operated by Omran Pharmacies, registered in Egypt.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
2. Products and pricing
- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Product images, descriptions, and ingredient lists are provided in good faith but may differ slightly from the physical product (e.g. packaging updates by manufacturers).
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.
- Prices and availability may change without notice. Discounts apply only during the period stated.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we send you the order confirmation. We may decline an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- There was an error in pricing or product description
- We suspect fraud or unauthorised use of payment
- Delivery is not feasible to your address
If we decline, we will refund any amount already paid.
4. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Card and mobile-wallet payments are not currently available.
5. Delivery
Delivery times, fees, and conditions are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. While we work hard to meet stated delivery windows, courier delays beyond our control may occur.
6. Returns and refunds
Our return process is described on our Return Policy page, in line with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
7. Authenticity
Every product on Hexera is sourced through Omran Pharmacies’ pharmacy distribution network. We guarantee authenticity. If you receive a product you believe is not authentic, contact us immediately for a full refund and investigation.
8. Use of the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Scrape, copy, or republish our product content, images, or descriptions without written permission
- Submit false or misleading information when ordering
- Resell our products commercially without prior authorisation
9. Intellectual property
The Hexera Stores name, logo, site design, and original content are the property of Omran Pharmacies. Brand names and trademarks of third-party products belong to their respective owners.
10. Medical and cosmetic claims
Product descriptions are for general information only. They are not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice. If you have a skin condition or medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional — including the practising pharmacists at any Omran Pharmacies branch — before starting a new product.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, Hexera’s liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent Egyptian courts.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
